Valid for one Yoga Therapy session which includes an intake form and interview process. The goal of the interview process is to learn about the individuals unique goals and desires for their new or continuing Yoga practice. The remainder of the session may include a combination of various Yoga practices such as; Yoga asanas (postures), breathing practices, Mudras (hand gestures), guided meditation and/or relaxation.
