Amy Sellitti is an E-RYT500hr Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist. She is currently pursuing her 1000hrs in Yoga Therapy. She has studied Functional Yoga Therapy and advanced Functional Assessment with Maria Mendola. Amy works with individuals recovering from surgery, injuries, & chronic pain in individual setting or small groups throughout New Haven County.
