At a time when everything is changing in our bodies and as we prepare to change our lives, Pre-natal Yoga offers a practice where moms-to-be can reconnect with and build body awareness, stretch, strengthen and release the muscles most easily affected by pregnancy and embrace a greater understanding of what is happening with our bodies during pregnancy and childbirth.
This series class offers a time to connect with other mamas going through a like-minded journey, at a similar time, fostering a sense of community and understanding.
We will explore techniques to engage in safe Yoga practice, prepare our bodies for childbirth, learn simple breathing and relaxation practices to support our journeys as well as simply take time out to take care of ourselves and connect with our babies
